- age 60 this July...how the heck did that happen? divorced for decades, 2 daughters, 5 grandchildren & everyone of them is highly creative and uninhibited about it - YAY!! it's a lifestyle around here. LUV participating in on-line art groups with swaps, such delicious fun!

- it gives me great joy and pleasures me at many levels...I ask myself, "why am I doing this with my time?" Because it is pretty much a compulsion - I can't NOT make art. Any little snippet of paper...or whatever, is fair game. No rhyme, no reason, no great intent - just an indulgence. So sue me. ;-P

My folks are up near you in Grand Rapids and I lived for 8 impressionible years in Thief River Falls. I consider that my childhood home. I have always maintained that if I lived in MN again it would only be in Duluth. I love that town, had great vacations and outings there and always passed through it to my Grandparents who lived in Mich. It sounds like you are enjoying yourself up there, rock on!
can't wait to get to know you better. I love the gkids doing all their creative little projects. I have 4 gsons and 1 princess........who is the Queen of my art room! She's dying to learn more techniques every day and I love to show them to her and see that little light come on like "hey, I know what I'm going to do with that!" So good to "see" you. ")
