Techniques! Yay!

For all of you technique junkies out there, and those who just love getting paint on your hands- I have to suggest that you take a class from the lovely & talented Carmen Torbus. As luck would have it she's doing an online class & is still taking registration during this month. The class is paced at your own level, you can do it when you have time. The above painting I did months ago when she did a demo of a class that she was going to teach. I was in the kitchen stuffing my face & chatting with like minded creative souls so I jumped in late. But I liked the simplicity of my piece. The face is a transfer of one of Carmen's sketches. Yeah, you just *knew* it wasn't something that I drew!
